◆ Continuous H.T wet setting &washing machine for tubular knit fabric

The high temperature/high pressure continuous water setting machine "JUMP" is designed to do continuous water setting of knit spandex cloths at high temperature and high pressure in dyeing them.
Conventional multistage processes such as opening, tenter setting and linking are reduced to single stage process as water setting is done without spreading cloths by means of air balloons at high temperature and high pressure. The machine also prevents grey creases or dyeing creases completely, and improves the touch of cloths.
